गोली मारकर दो भाइयों की हत्या
नई दिल्ली। मटियाला विधानसभा क्षेत्र के गांव छावला में दो भाइयों की सोमवार देर रात गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई। इसके विरोध में पपरावट गांव के ग्रामीणों ने मंगलवार सुबह छावला बस स्टैंड पहुंचकर पुलिस के खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाजी की और नजफगढ़-पपरावट मुख्य मार्ग को जाम कर दिया। देखते ही देखते दोनों तरफ कई किलोमीटर तक वाहनों की भीड़ लग गई। सूचना मिलने पर एसीपी नजफगढ़ व एसीपी द्वारका के नेतृत्व में भारी पुलिस बल मौके पर पहुंच गया। गुस्साए लोग इस बात पर अड़े रहे कि जब तक हत्यारों को पुलिस गिरफ्तार नहीं कर लेती तब तक शवों का दाह संस्कार नहीं किया जाएगा। आखिरकार आरोपियों की शीघ्र गिरफ्तारी के आश्वासन के बाद लोगों ने जाम खोल दिया।
जानकारी के अनुसार मायापुरी में पीतल व्यवसायी सुरेश (49) और उसके भाई सतेन्द्र (36) की सोमवार रात लगभग 12 बजे छावला गांव में उस समय हत्या कर दी गई जब वे कार में सवार होकर पपरावट गांव स्थित अपने घर जा रहे थे। इस दौरान उनके साथ दिल्ली ट्रैफिक पुलिस का ही एक कर्मचारी भी मौजूद था। जब कार छावला गांव के पास पहुंची तो मोटरसाइकिल पर आए दो बदमाशों ने कार के बराबर में आकर कार को रोकने का इशारा किया।
कार जैसे ही रुकी मोटरसाइकिल सवार दोनों बदमाशों ने दोनों भाइयों पर अंधाधुंध गोली चला दी। सूचना मिलने पर पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंच कर दोनों घायलों को माता चानन देवी अस्पताल में पहुंचाया, जहां दोनों को मृत घोषित कर दिया गया। पुलिस ने कार से ढाई लाख रुपए भी बरामद किए हैं। पुलिस का मानना है कि रंजिश के चलते हत्या की गई है।
इस वारदात के बाद गांव पपरावट गांव में सनसनी फैल गई और लोगों में गुस्सा फूट पड़ा। मंगलवार अल सुबह ही गांव के मंदिर में परिवार के लोग और ग्रामीण एकत्रित हुए, जिसमें फैसला लिया गया कि जब तक आरोपियों को पुलिस पकड़ नहीं लेती तब तक शवों का दाह संस्कार नहीं किया जाएगा। पंचायत में बैठे सैकड़ों महिला और पुरुष विरोध प्रदर्शन करते हुए सुबह ग्यारह बजे छावला बस स्टैंड के पास पहुंचे और पुलिस के खिलाफ नारेबाजी करते हुए मुख्य मार्ग पर बैठ गए। इसके चलते नजफगढ़-पपरावट रोड पर लम्बा जाम लग गया। इस विरोध प्रदर्शन में नजफगढ़ के विधायक भरत सिंह भी पहुंचे और लोगों के स्वर में स्वर मिलाते हुए आरोपियों को जल्दी से जल्दी पकड़ने की मांग पुलिस अधिकारियों के सामने दोहराई। तीन एसीपी, आसपास के थानों के छह एसएचओ सहित भारी पुलिस बल भी मौके पर जाम खुलवाने के लिए पहुंच गया।
पुलिस की छह टीमों ने की दर्जनों स्थानों पर छापेमारी
दोनों भाइयों की हत्या के आरोपियों को दो दिन में ही पकड़ लेने का पुलिस ने दावा किया है। सूत्रों के अनुसार यह दावा पुलिस ने कुछ ठोस सुराग हाथ लगने पर किया है। सुराग के आधार पर पुलिस ने छह टीमें गठित कर विभिन्न स्थानों पर छापेमारी शुरू कर दी है। मंगलवार को भी दिल्ली सहित एनसीआर के लगभग दर्जन भर स्थानों पर आरोपियों की तलाश में छापेमारी की गई। एक पुलिस अधिकारी ने बताया कि पुलिस हत्यारों के नजदीक है और उन्हें कभी भी गिरफ्तार किया जा सकता है।

Following the incident, the residents of the village and relatives of the victims protested outside the Chhawla police station and blocked the Najafgarh Road for hours. The victims had a shop in Mayapuri, where they sold copper.
The incident happened around 9.45 pm on Monday when the brothers, identified as Suresh (49) and Satender (32), along with their friend Vijender, a Delhi Traffic Police constable posted in Mayapuri, were returning to their home in Paprawat Village in Chhawla in their WagonR car. The police said two men on a bike, armed with pistols, intercepted the car and asked Vijender to leave the spot, saying they had nothing against him. As soon as Vijender left, the assailants opened fire at the brothers and fled. Suresh was shot in the head, while Satender suffered a bullet injury in his chest.
Vijender, meanwhile, rushed to his village and informed the victims’ family, who made a PCR call. A police team reached the spot and rushed the two to Chanan Devi Hospital, where the doctors declared them brought dead.
On Tuesday, the villagers shouted slogans against the Delhi Police and demanded immediate arrest of the assailants. “The locals surrounded the Chhawla police station and then blocked the road, shouting slogans. The local MLA Bharat Singh also joined them,” said a senior police officer. The protesters also blocked the main Najafgarh-Paprawat Road from 10 am and 2.30 pm.
Senior police officers had to go to the spot and assure that action would be taken soon, after which the protesters dispersed.

Goverment nod to flexible nursery schedule
NEW DELHI: To save parents from the hassle of running around too much, Delhi government issued a uniform schedule for nursery admissions on Tuesday. But it also gave schools the freedom to deviate from it. The circular released by the directorate of education (DoE) makes it mandatory for private unaided schools to start their admission process from January 1 and wrap it up on March 31, though schools can have their own schedule due to 'specific circumstances' . Many schools, however, say they are happy to comply.
According to DoE, no deviation will be allowed from the date of commencement and closure of the process. The forms will be available for registration from January 1, while the last date of receipt of forms, as per DoE, will be January 15. In case of a change, the schools will have to inform DoE about by December 31.
"Since DoE has issued a schedule for all schools to follow, we will stick to it and start issuing the forms online from January 1. I don't think we will need to deviate from the given dates," said L V Sehgal, principal, Bal Bharati School, Ganga Ram Hospital Marg. The school plans to admit children on parameters that will include neighbourhood, sibling, alumni, special needs, first child and girl child.

Though the school was planning to start the sale of forms from January 3, as the first day of the year is generally a holiday in schools and January 2 is a Sunday, it will now follow the DoE schedule to the T. "Since government considered our suggestions for the admission criteria and gave us autonomy , we will also comply by the schedule released by it. We will now release the forms from January 1 too," Wattal said.
Meanwhile, schools are busy holding meetings of the management committee to fix the dates, decide the parameters and finalize the fee structures. D K Bedi, principal , Apeejay School, Pitampura, said, "It will be a week before we decide on the complete schedule. We also have to prepare format for submission of forms through website. We are likely to give weightage to candidates with special needs as well as girls." DPS Mathura Road principal M I Hussain informed, "Our forms will be out on January 1. The admission parameters will include points for distance, sibling, alumni, girl child/first child, special needs, single parent and transfer case."

Nursery admission criterion challenged in Delhi High Court
20.12.2010 (UNI) A Civil Rights Group has moved the Delhi High court against the recent guidelines issued by the government for admission of children in nursery class in private-aided and un-aided schools.
Appearing on behalf of the parents and Social Jurist, lawyer Ashok Agrawal contended that the guidelines issued by Delhi government on December 15 and by Union HRD ministry on November 11 were contrary to the Right to Education Act and, therefore, violated the fundamental rights of a child.
The PIL petitioner said Delhi government's guidelines give a free hand to the unaided and private schools to formulate their own nursery admission criteria.
He further said the guidelines are contrary to the RTE Act and would lead to further commercialisation of education at the cost of hapless parents and students. Similar guidelines issued by the HRD ministry on November 11.
'Such kind of discrimination as suggested by the government is not acceptable to us as it defeats the very purpose of the Right to Education Act initiated by the government itself,' the petition said.
The government cannot violate its own provisions and formulate another set of rules to favour some persons for commercial benefits, Mr Agrawal added.
The PIL will come up for hearing on Wednesday.

Over 10,000 violations of Right to Education in Delhi
Just nine months after the Right to Education (RTE) Act was implemented in India, promising free and compulsory education to all children in the age group of 6-14, over 10,000 cases of violation have been registered by a child rights body in the capital.
Some children were denied admission to school, some were subjected to corporal punishment by the school authorities and yet others were denied the benefit of the economically weaker section (EWS) quota for poorer students in Delhi schools.
According to Amod Kanth, chairman of the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR), the body has registered 10,500 cases of RTE Act violation since its implementation.
'As per the RTE Act, the DCPCR monitors its implementation in Delhi. We have registered cases which involve violations of at least 15 kinds, like screening tests before admissions, corporal punishment, admission denial, mental harassment and others,' Kanth told IANS in an interview.
'Initially, we had taken suo motu cognisance of media reports, but gradually parents started approaching us and now it seems like the floodgates have opened. Wherever required, we approach the school authority concerned and the compliance level is as high as 95 percent,' he added.
The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act was enforced April 1, 2010. The Act promises free and compulsory education to all children in the age group of 6-14.
Among others, it says no child shall be denied admission for lack of documents or if the admission cycle in the school is over. Disabled students should also be enrolled in mainstream schools.
The violations registered by DCPCR have been on the same lines.
In one case, 10 girls living in Delhi's Azadpur area were denied admission to a school in Classes 6 to 8 because they could not provide school leaving certificates. The girls were tutored at home.
'The commission intervened and issued a notice to the school principal after which the girls were admitted to the Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Azadpur,' a DCPCR document revealed.
In another case, a physically handicapped father approached the commission after his daughter was denied admission under the EWS quota in a public school at Shalimar Bagh, northwest Delhi. In yet another instance, a Class 5 child was asked to take admission elsewhere on complaint of his 'poor hygiene' and behaviour, prompting his parents to approach the commission.
In the EWS quota case, a notice was issued to the school after which the girl was given admission under the quota, while in the other case the child was taken back to the school after counselling.
The main reason for these violations, Kanth said, is lack of awareness among teachers, school authorities and parents alike.
'For this reason, we have been conducting awareness programmes for teachers and others on the RTE Act. Teachers and schools have to realise that nearly half a million children in Delhi alone are out of school and most of them are homeless, working children. Across the country the number is nearly 60 million,' Kanth told IANS.
'They have to also understand that it's their responsibility to bring those children who are unreachable to schools. The role of voluntary organisations is important in this, but it is not mentioned in the RTE Act,' he added.
The DCPCR issued notice to the Delhi government Friday on the nursery admission guidelines that it says are against the provisions of the RTE Act.
Other than the random selection criteria for 25 percent seats in the EWS category, the notice said for the rest of the 75 percent the guidelines violated the RTE Act since schools would be able to formulate their own admission policy.
'The schools will be free to base their criteria like sibling, alumni, single parent, transfer case or neighbourhood. Multiple criteria would create preferences for certain types of categories of children over the other category of children which would be a clear violation of provisions of the RTE Act,' a DCPCR statement said.
Kanth added: 'The DCPCR is like a legal body. We are not toothless and our aim is not to act like an NGO. We act like a civil court.'

Despite new guidelines, nursery admissions may be chaotic!
Fresh guidelines may have put an end to the anxiety surrounding nursery admissions in the capital, but experts believe the process is going to be chaotic this year as everything has been left to schools to decide.
They also claim the guidelines issued recently by the Directorate of Education (DoE), Delhi, are "irrational, unjust and violative" of the Right to Education (RTE) Act and may lead to a situation that prevailed some five years ago when there was no regulation on the admission process.
As the guidelines have left everything to the schools to decide, there is much possibility that confusion and chaos will prevail, said former CBSE chairman Ashok Ganguly, who had formulated the 100-point system for nursery admissions three years ago.
"The admission process has to be transparent, hassle-free and very objective also. There should have been a clearcut framework given to schools," Ganguly told PTI.
"And, there should be certain aspect of uniformity. It should not be like that some schools have a different format, while others have some other type of format.
"There may have their own parametres, own criteria but there needs to be certain framework which should be uniform," he said.
According to the guidelines, every school needs to keep aside 25 per cent of their seats for children belonging to the economically weaker section (EWS). The selection in this category has to be done through a lottery system.
While for the rest 75 per cent seats, open for children from the general category, schools can either adopt a lottery system or continue with the 100-point system, which is being followed for past three years.
This may include points for having one's sibling in the same school, being the child of a single parent or the alumnus of the same school or transfer cases among others criteria.
But, experts feel this leverage given to schools could lead to manipulation and confusion. And the categorisation allowed for the 75 per cent of the seats is a clear violation of the RTE Act, they say.
"The RTE Act clearly says that you cannot differentiate between two children on any ground. By giving points on grounds like alumni, sibling or say transfer case, you are violating the law," said Ashok Agarwal of NGO Social Jurist, which is planning to file a PIL against it on Monday.
"I believe that the guidelines are issued without the authority and sanctity of law. It is more or less an advisory note and not a statutory guidelines. It has no binding on any one and has no legal consequences," says Agarwal, who is also the president of All India Parents Association (AIPA).Sumit Vohra, who runs admissionsnursery.Com, an onlineparents' forum, pointed out that the introduction of the alumni category amounts to profiling of parents which is strictly prohibited under the RTE Act.
"On one hand you are banning screening and profiling, on the other hand you are allowing schools to do so by giving points to alumni," Vohra said.
Agarwal also concurred the view and said keeping alumni as a category indirectly leads to profiling and is a violation of the RTE Act.
However, Ganguly didn't agree on this. He said: "Like distance, or neighbourhood, alumni is also a very important aspect of education system. If you are an alumni, you have every right to have some weightage.
"But, the points given to this category should be made public in advance."
Ganguly was the man behind the 100-point system which has been followed by Delhi schools for the past three years. He headed a committee set up by the Delhi High Court to streamline the nursery admissions in the capital.
On the issue of girl child, experts also have some objection. "Suppose, I have a single boy child who neither falls in the category of sibling nor alumni. How will he get admission? Is it a crime to have a boy?" asks Vohra.
Similarly, in the case of 25 per cent reservation some feel that top schools, which on average charge a student over Rs 1 lakh per annum, will try to manipulate the whole idea of providing free education to EWS children.
"Once you get selected in any high-end school, you will remain there till you complete your entire schooling. So, even a poor parent would like to pay some bribe to the school to get a berth for his ward," says Parth Shah, head of Centre for Civil Society, a think-tank that works in this sector.
Increased vigilance and transparency should be the key if the Government wants to avoid such manipulation, Shah added.
The experts also rued over the fact that the guidelines don't speak specifically on neighbourhood, a key aspect of RTE Act, and advocated that it should be made mandatory for all schools across the city.
"There should be a clear cut system so that a parent should know before hand that his child will get admission or not on the basis of given criteria," said Ganguly, who also suggested for a lottery system in the general category for shortlisting a few hundred from thousands of applicants.
"There is a great gap between the demand and supply, the number of schools are very less compared to the applicants. So, by a lottery system, schools can shortlist a few hundred and then apply some criteria, such as distance and alumni, to make the final selection," he added.

It has no binding on any one and has no legal consequences," says Agarwal, who is also the president of All India Parents Association (AIPA).Sumit Vohra, who runs admissionsnursery.Com, an onlineparents' forum, pointed out that the introduction of the alumni category amounts to profiling of parents which is strictly prohibited under the RTE Act.
"On one hand you are banning screening and profiling, on the other hand you are allowing schools to do so by giving points to alumni," Vohra said.
Agarwal also concurred the view and said keeping alumni as a category indirectly leads to profiling and is a violation of the RTE Act.
However, Ganguly didn't agree on this. He said: "Like distance, or neighbourhood, alumni is also a very important aspect of education system. If you are an alumni, you have every right to have some weightage.
"But, the points given to this category should be made public in advance."
Ganguly was the man behind the 100-point system which has been followed by Delhi schools for the past three years. He headed a committee set up by the Delhi High Court to streamline the nursery admissions in the capital.
On the issue of girl child, experts also have some objection. "Suppose, I have a single boy child who neither falls in the category of sibling nor alumni. How will he get admission? Is it a crime to have a boy?" asks Vohra.
Similarly, in the case of 25 per cent reservation some feel that top schools, which on average charge a student over Rs 1 lakh per annum, will try to manipulate the whole idea of providing free education to EWS children.
"Once you get selected in any high-end school, you will remain there till you complete your entire schooling. So, even a poor parent would like to pay some bribe to the school to get a berth for his ward," says Parth Shah, head of Centre for Civil Society, a think-tank that works in this sector.
Increased vigilance and transparency should be the key if the Government wants to avoid such manipulation, Shah added.
The experts also rued over the fact that the guidelines don't speak specifically on neighbourhood, a key aspect of RTE Act, and advocated that it should be made mandatory for all schools across the city.
"There should be a clear cut system so that a parent should know before hand that his child will get admission or not on the basis of given criteria," said Ganguly, who also suggested for a lottery system in the general category for shortlisting a few hundred from thousands of applicants.
"There is a great gap between the demand and supply, the number of schools are very less compared to the applicants. So, by a lottery system, schools can shortlist a few hundred and then apply some criteria, such as distance and alumni, to make the final selection," he added.

Nursery admission guidelines faulty
The Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR) on Friday sent a notice to the Delhi government’s directorate of education (DoE) seeking revision of the guidelines for nursery admissions. It severely criticised the guidelines saying they were clearly violative of the Right to Education (RTE) Act provisions.
Taking suo motu cognisance of the guidelines, the DCPCR has asked the DoE to treat the notice at “top priority” and send an action taken report by December 27. It also noted that so far it has not received a copy of the notified guidelines from the department and had to rely on the website and media reports.
It slammed the government for “giving its own interpretations” to the guidelines issued by the HRD ministry and making changes that directly contravene the provisions of the RTE Act, which strictly prohibits any screening procedure.

Metro to Najafgarh unlikely soon
In a statement issued following the visit, Mr Sharma said that the minister announced about a survey for feasibility of Metro at Najafgarh. Mr Sharma further said that the minister was amazed to see that though there was a depot of the DMRC, the area has been deprived of Metro connectivity.
However, sources close to the minister pointed out he did not made announcement regarding Metro being brought to Najafgarh. The minister is understood to have told him that though there was no plans as of now to bring Metro to Najafgarh, the request will be considered and, if it is found feasible, further action may be taken. However, no formal initiation of survey was announced during the visit, said sources.
The DMRC spokesperson Anuj Dayal also refused to comment on whether Najafgarh, one of the far flung areas of the city, will be brought on Metro map.

Delhi government declares guidelines for Nursery Admission 2011-2012 in Delhi
The Delhi government on Wednesday left schools free to devise their own criteria for nursery admissions but said they must reserve a quarter of the seats for poor families.
Education Minister Arvinder Singh Lovely announced the guidelines.
He said 25 percent of nursery seats will have to be kept aside for children whose parents's annual income is less than Rs.100,000. Schools will be allowed to randomly select from applications in this category.
As for the remaining 75 percent, Lovely said schools will be free to formulate their policy for admission but it should include a criteria for categorisation of the applicant.
"The schools will be free to base their criteria like sibling, alumni or neighbourhood. They will be asked to formulate their plan and submit it to the education department. The schools should consider that categorisation should be rational, reasonable and just," Lovely said.
He also said there should not be profiling of the child based on the parent's educational qualification and income.

'The rights of children and parents should have been protected, but this is not the case in the new guidelines. If the need arises, we will knock the doors of the court to get justice,' he added.
'Everything should not have been left to schools to decide on the admission. The control should always lie in the government's hands,' said Meena Agrawal, who is trying to secure admission for her toddler.
According to the guidelines, all the schools - both which are built on government land and others - will have to reserve 25 percent of their seats for the poor. At present, schools built on government land provide a quota of 15 percent to the economically weaker sections.
Lovely said the government will reimburse the amount to these schools for providing additional 10 percent seats.
For schools not built on government land, the reimbursement amount will be announced within a week, he said.
Schools, meanwhile, welcomed the decision.
'The government has done justice to all the schools and we will implement the decision on reserving 25 seats for economically weaker sections,' president of Delhi Public Schools Management Association R.C. Jain said.

Nursery admission process in Delhi from Jan 1
The Delhi government on Monday said the process of nursery admissions will start from January 1 and continue till March 31. Education minister Arvinder Singh Lovely also said suggestions have been sought from principals of schools over drafting guidelines for admissions into nursery classes incorporating provisions of Right to Education Act. He said the issue will come up before Delhi Cabinet on Monday.
Lovely had earlier warned private schools not to start the process for nursery admissions before issuance of relevant guidelines and had said that punitive action will be taken against the violators.
Officials said all the private schools will have to reserve 25% of total seats for poor students and government will provide financial help to the schools for these students.
Asked about private schools contemplating increasing fee to implement RTE, Lovely had said no school will be allowed to do so.

पंडित जवाहर लाल नेहरू 14 नवम्बर 1889 - 27 मई 1964
आधुनिक भारत के निर्माता
मा.अत्तर सिंह आर्य डाबर वैस्टएण्ड़
जवाहर लाल नेहरू का जन्म प्र्रयाग में 14 नवम्बर 1889 ई0 के दिन पंडित मोतीलाल नेहरू के घर
मंे हुआ। इन्होंने अपनी शिक्षा इंग्लैण्ड मंे प्राप्त की और वहीं से बीए आनर्स तथा बैरिस्टरी
पास की। सन् 1912 में उन्होंने पटना के कांग्रेस अधिवेशन में भाग लिया। सन् 1914 में उन्होंने गोखले की अपील पर 50 हजार रूपया इकट्ठा किया और इसे प्रवासी भारतीयों की सहायता के लिए
अफ्रीका भेजा। उन्होंने सन् 1916 में होम रूल आंदोलन में पूरे जोर-शोर से भाग लिया और
1919-1920 में अवध के किसानों की हालत को सुधारने के लिए आंदोलन चलाया तथा सफलता प्राप्त की। असहयोग आंदोलन में भाग लिया और जेल काटी। वे सन् 1923 से 1925 तक प्रयास नगर पालिका के प्रधान रहे। सन् 1927 में ब्रूसेल्स (बेल्जियम) में दलित राष्ट्रों के सम्मेलन में भाग लिया।
उस समय तक वे कई बार कांग्रेस के मंत्री रहे। वे पूर्ण स्वाधीनता के समर्थक थे और इसीलिए 1929 ई0 मंे इनकी अध्यक्षता में ही कांगे्रस ने पूर्ण स्वाधीनता का प्रस्ताव पास किया। उन्होंने सविनय अवेज्ञा आंदोलन तथा 1942 के ‘भारत छोड़ो आंदोलन’ में भाग लिया और जेल गए।
1946 ई0 में वे अंतरिम सरकार में पहली बार प्रधानमंत्री बने और उस समय से लेकर आप 27 मई
1964 ई0 तक इसी महान पद पर प्रतिष्ठित रहे। स्वतंत्रता के बाद उन्होंने देश के पुर्ननिर्माण के लिए
बहुत महत्त्वपूर्ण कार्य किए। वे समाजवादी विचारों में विश्वास रखते थे। इनका सहकारी खेती, पंचायती राज और अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय शांति मंे दृढ़ विश्वास था।
वे साम्राज्यवाद, पूंजीवाद, जातिवाद, छुआछूत और उपनिवेशवाद के घोर विरोधी थे। वे भारत को किसी भी गुट में शामिल करने के पक्ष में नहीं थे और तटस्थ रहना चाहते थे। उनकी विदेश नीति का मुख्य आधार पंचशील था।
उन्होंने निःशस्त्रीकरण के लिए संसार में अनुकूल वातावरण कायम किया। तटस्थ राष्ट्रों बाणडूंग
और बेलग्रेड सम्मेलनों में प्रमुख भाग लिया।
वे अपनी मृत्यु तक योजना आयोग के अध्यक्ष रहे। वे साम्प्रदायिकता और प्रांतीयता के विरोधी थे और उन्होंने भारत में भावनात्मक एकता स्थापित करने के लिए महान कार्य किए।
उन्होंने भारत में जमीनदारी उन्मूलन और अस्पृश्यता निवारण तथा नशाबंदी की दिशा में सराहनीय कार्य किया। उन्होंने अपना सारा जीवन हिन्दू-मुस्लिम एकता में लगा दिया। वे सच्चे मानव धर्म मंे विश्वास करते थे और सहिष्णुता और समानता तथा स्वतंत्रता के समर्थक थे। उन्होंने
पड़ोसी देशों से अच्छे संबंध स्थापित किए।
चीन के साथ पूरी मित्रता स्थापित करने का भरसक प्रयत्न किया परन्तु चीन ने धोखे से भारत की बगल मंे छुरा घोपा जब 8 सितम्बर 1962 ई0 में चीनी सेनाओं ने भारत पर बड़े पैमाने पर आक्रमण किया।
जवाहर लाल नेहरू ने राष्ट्र के नाम संदेश प्रसारित करते हुए दृढ़ता के साथ कहा था ‘दुश्मन के हमले के सामने हम अपना सिर कभी नहीं झुका सकते चाहे उसका नतीजा कुछ भी हो। अब समय आ गया है कि हम इस खतरे को पूरी तरह समझ लें। देश की आजादी कायम रखने के लिए हमंे अपनी हर चीज न्यौछावर करने का तैयार रहना चाहिए।’
8 नवम्बर 1962 ई0 को लोकसभा में तालियों की गड़गड़ाहट के बीच उन्होंने घोषणा की ‘चीन साम्राज्यवादी हमलावरों की चुनौती हमें मंजूर है चाहे उसका कोई भी परिणाम क्यों न निकले। हमारा यह दृढ़ संकल्प है कि भारत हमारा प्यारा देश किसी भी हमलावार के आगे नहीं
झुकेगा और उसे निकालकर ही दम लेगा। भारत की लाखों-करोड़ों जनता ने संगठित रूप से यह दिखा दिया है कि उसे चीन की यह चुनौती मंजूर हैं।
आज देश में जो एकता और जोशों-खरोश का वातावरण दिखाई दे रहा है, यह शायद ही कभी
दिखाई दिया हो।’
27 मई 1964 ई0 को देश के कर्णधार तथा विश्व शांति के महान उपासक श्री जवाहर लाल नेहरू का
तीसरे पहर दो बजे दिल के दोरे से देहावसान हो गया और इस हृदय विदारक समाचार को सुनकर सारा संसार शोक में डूब गया।
श्री नेहरू न केवल भारतीय नेता ही थे अपितु विश्व के प्रमुख नेता भी थे। उन्होंने संसार में भारत के नाम को अपनी शांतमय नीतियों और अद्वितीय महान कार्यों के द्वारा ऊंचा किया।
26 मई 1965 को राष्ट्रपति डा. राधाकृष्णन ने राष्ट्र को संदेश दिया ‘श्री नेहरू बहुत अधिक
अध्यात्मवादी थे चाहे वे किसी विशेष धर्म को न मानते हों। उन्होंने राजनीतिक समस्याओं पर
नैतिक सिद्धान्त लागू किए। उनके नेतृत्व में भारत ने कोरिया, गाजा तथा कांगो में संयुक्त राष्ट्रसंघ
के शांति स्थापित करने के कार्यों में भाग लिया।
उन्होंने विश्व को दो सदैव लड़ने वाले गुटों में विभाजित होने से बचाया। उनकी संसदीय संस्थाओं में गहरी आस्था थी।
वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण का प्रसार तथा तेजी से औद्योगिकीकरण उन्होंने साधारण व्यक्ति को निर्धनता, बीमारी, निरक्र्षरता तथा भेदभाव से बचाने की कौशिश की। इसलिए उनकी समृति को कायम रखने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका यह है कि उनके शांति, न्याय तथा स्वतंत्रता के अधूरे कार्य को अपने देश तथा विदेशों में पूरा करें। उन्होंने अपने समय की सब राष्ट्रीय तथा विशेष अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय घटनाओं मंे भाग लिया परन्तु कभी भी उच्चतम सार्वजनिक आचरण को नहीं छोड़ा। यद्यपि वे अब हमारे साथ नहीं हैं परन्तु जो गुण उनके विद्यमान थे और जिन आदर्शों पर उन्होंने सदैव अमल किया वे अब भी हमारे साथ हैं। उन्होंने राष्ट्रसंघ के उद्देश्य पत्र के प्रति जितनी आस्था दिखाई उतनी शायद ही ओर किसी ने दिखाई हो।’ 14 नवम्बर को प्रतिवर्ष बच्चे बाल दिवस के दिन यह गाते रहेंगे ‘चाचा नेहरू अमर रहे।’
वे बच्चों से बहुत ही अधिक प्यार करते थे।
राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों मंे रजत पदक विजेता जोगेन्द्र कुमार को औचंदी में किया सम्मानित

नई दिल्ली। 7 नवम्बर को बवाना विधानसभा क्षेत्र के औचंदी गांव में राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों मंे रजत पदक विजेता जोगेन्द्र कुमार को सम्मानित किया। गांव वालों ने विजेता जोगेन्द्र कुमार को चांदी का मुकुट, चांदी का गदा व नोटों की माला पहनाकर सम्मनित किया तथा चीन में आयोजन एशियाई खेलों में स्वर्ण पदक जीतने की कामना भी की।
इस दिन जोगेन्द्र कुमार को बवाना गांव मंे खुली जीप में बैठाकर रैली निकाली गई जो दरियापुर, जौंती होती हुई औचंदी गांव पहुंची जहां पर इस रैली ने सभा का रूप ले लिया। इस रैली में ग्रामीणों ने जगह-जगह जोगेन्द्र कुमार को नोटों की माला पहनाकर सम्मानित किया। इस सभा में पहलवान जोगेन्द्र कुमार को चांदी का मुकुट, गदा व नोटों की माला पहनाकर सम्मानित किया गया। इस सभा की खास बात यह रही कि ग्रामीणों ने जोगेन्द्र कुमार के गुरू चांदरूप को भी चांदी का मुकुट पहनाकर सम्मानित किया।
इस मौके पर नजफगढ़ के विधायक भरत सिंह व दिचाऊं कलां वार्ड के पार्षद कृष्ण कुमार ने राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों में कुश्ती प्रतियोगिता में रजत पदक जीतने पर खुशी जाहिर की और उनके उज्जवल भविष्य की कामना की।
उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे दिल्ली व हरियाणा देहात के खिलाड़ियों ने राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों में दिखा दिया कि हम किसी भी मामले में देश के अन्य राज्यों के खिलाड़ियों से पीछे नहीं है।
उन्होंने कहा कि यदि हमारे खिलाड़ियों को सही समय पर सही प्रशिक्षण व सुविधाएं मुहैया करवा दी जाएं तो देश का ग्रामीण क्षेत्र विश्व में अपना डंका बजा सकता है और विश्व ने यह आजमाकर भी देख लिया है।

इस दिन जोगेन्द्र कुमार को बवाना गांव मंे खुली जीप में बैठाकर रैली निकाली गई जो दरियापुर, जौंती होती हुई औचंदी गांव पहुंची जहां पर इस रैली ने सभा का रूप ले लिया। इस रैली में ग्रामीणों ने जगह-जगह जोगेन्द्र कुमार को नोटों की माला पहनाकर सम्मानित किया। इस सभा में पहलवान जोगेन्द्र कुमार को चांदी का मुकुट, गदा व नोटों की माला पहनाकर सम्मानित किया गया। इस सभा की खास बात यह रही कि ग्रामीणों ने जोगेन्द्र कुमार के गुरू चांदरूप को भी चांदी का मुकुट पहनाकर सम्मानित किया।
इस मौके पर नजफगढ़ के विधायक भरत सिंह व दिचाऊं कलां वार्ड के पार्षद कृष्ण कुमार ने राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों में कुश्ती प्रतियोगिता में रजत पदक जीतने पर खुशी जाहिर की और उनके उज्जवल भविष्य की कामना की।
उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे दिल्ली व हरियाणा देहात के खिलाड़ियों ने राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों में दिखा दिया कि हम किसी भी मामले में देश के अन्य राज्यों के खिलाड़ियों से पीछे नहीं है।
उन्होंने कहा कि यदि हमारे खिलाड़ियों को सही समय पर सही प्रशिक्षण व सुविधाएं मुहैया करवा दी जाएं तो देश का ग्रामीण क्षेत्र विश्व में अपना डंका बजा सकता है और विश्व ने यह आजमाकर भी देख लिया है।

नई दिल्ली। नजफगढ़ क्षेत्र न तो देश को अच्छे खिलाड़ी देने में पीछे हैं और न ही खिलाड़ियों को सम्मानित करने में। नजफगढ़ देहात ने देश को कई खेलों में अच्छे खिलाड़ी दिए हैं। यहां की मिट्टी से निकले खिलाड़ियों ने दिखा दिया कि नजफगढ़ क्षेत्र किसी भी मामले में पीछे नहीं है। ये वाक्य राष्ट्रीय महिला मंडल एवं बाल विकास की चैयरमेन सुमित्रा दहिया ने झदौड़ा रोड़ स्थित देव पब्लिक स्कूल के प्रांगण में स्कूल के चैयरमेन, एवं अध्यक्ष नजफगढ़ जिला किसान एवं खेत मजदूर मोर्चा, मा. मंजीत सिंह द्वारा आयोजित राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों में कुश्ती में हरियाणा के स्वर्ण पदक विजेता योगश्वर दत्त शर्मा के सम्मान समारोह कहे। इस समारोह के मुख्य अतिथि सुमित्रा दहिया व पश्चिमी दिल्ली के सांसद महाबल मिश्रा के पुत्र विनय मिश्रा थे।
इस अवसर पर विनय मिश्रा ने कहा कि जो खिलाड़ी खेलों में उज्जवल प्रदर्शन कर विश्व में भार
का नाम रोशन कर रहा है तो हमारा भी फर्ज बनता है कि हम भी उन खिलाड़ियों को अपनी तरफ से सम्मानित करके उनका हौसला बढ़ाएं। उन्होंने मास्टर मंजीत सिंह के इस कदम की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि मास्टर मंजीत ने स्वर्ण पदक विजेता योगेश्वर दत्त शर्मा को सम्मानित करके बड़ा ही अच्छा कार्य किया है। इनके अलावा हम सबका भी फर्ज बनता है कि हम समय-समय पर खिलाड़ियों को सम्मानित करके उनका हौसला बढ़ाएं।
मास्टर मंजीत सिंह ने पूरे क्षेत्र की ओर से स्वर्ण पदक विजेता योगेश्वर दत्त शर्मा को 51 हजार रूपये व एक चांदी का मोमेंटो देकर सम्मानित किया।
अंत में मास्टर मंजीत सिंह ने कहा कि दिल्ली व हरियाणा देहात के खिलाड़ियों ने राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों में अपना परचम लहराकर अपने क्षेत्र के साथ-साथ देश का नाम रोशन किया है, लेकिन हमें बड़े ही दुख के साथ कहना पड़ रहा है कि जिस दिल्ली देहात के खिलाड़ियों ने विश्व में भारत का नाम रोशन किया है उनके लिए सरकार ने आज तक नजफगढ़ देहात में एक भी स्टेडियम का निर्माण नहीं कराया है। हम दावा करते हैं कि यदि सरकार नजफगढ़ देहात मंे खिलाड़ियों के लिए उच्च स्तर के स्टेडियम का निर्माण करा देती है तो देश को यहां से हजारों की संख्या में उच्च स्तर के खिलाड़ी मिल सकते हैं। हम समय-समय पर क्षेत्र में स्टेडियम की मांग करते रहे हैं लेकिन सरकार ने यहां पर स्टेडियम का निर्माण नहीं कराया परन्तु फिर भी देहात खिलाड़ियों भी दिखा दिया कि हम में कितना दम अतः सरकार खिलाड़ियों की ओर भी ध्यान देना चाहिए।
कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता कर रहे दिल्ली नगर निगम में विपक्ष के नेता जयकिशन शर्मा ने उपस्थित सभी गणमान्य व्यक्तियों का धन्यवाद करते हुए विश्वास दिलाया कि हम सरकार से नजफगढ़ देहात में स्टेडियम के निर्माण की मांग रखेंगे।

Killer Blueline bus in New Delhi
A blue line bus on route number 539 crushed a student in Najafgarh area of the west Delhi Wednesday morning.
The incident took place early morning when the student was on his way from his home to school, the witnesses said.
The mishap took place when the killer blueline bus knocked down the student, who was on his bicycle.
The high speeding bus from Nangloi to Mehrauli crushed the student when it immediately came and the driver lost his control, the passengers said.
The police immediately arrived on the spot but the bus driver managed to escape from the site, the police said.
No other passenger was injured in the incident.
The body was handed over to the family and the police was investigating the matter.
A case under the sections 279, 302, 307 was registered against the bus driver in Ranhaulla Police Station, the police said.

मासूम सज़ा
एक दिन बादशाह अकबर ने दरबार में आते ही दरबारियों से पूछा – किसी ने आज मेरी मूंछें नोचने की जुर्रत की। उसे क्या सज़ा दी जानी चाहिए।
दरबारियों में से किसी ने कहा – उसे सूली पर लटका देना चाहिए, किसी ने कहा उसे फाँसी दे देनी चाहिए, किसी ने कहा उसकी गरदन धड़ से तत्काल उड़ा देनी चाहिए।
बादशाह नाराज हुए। अंत में उन्होंने बीरबल से पूछा – तुमने कोई राय नहीं दी!
बादशाह धीरे से मुस्कराए, बोले - क्या मतलब?

जहाँपनाह, ख़ता माफ हो, इस गुनहगार को तो सज़ा के बजाए उपहार देना चाहिए – बीरबल ने जवाब दिया। जहाँपनाह, जो व्यक्ति आपकी मूँछें नोचने की जुर्रत कर सकता है, वह आपके शहजादे के सिवा कोई और हो ही नहीं सकता जो आपकी गोद में खेलता है। गोद में खेलते-खेलते उसने आज आपकी मूँछें नोच ली होंगी। उस मासूम को उसकी इस जुर्रत के बदले मिठाई खाने की मासूम सज़ा दी जानी चाहिए – बीरबल ने खुलासा किया।

एक आदमी सोना तोलने के लिए सुनार के पास तराजू मांगने आया। सुनार ने कहा, ‘‘मियाँ, अपना रास्ता लो। मेरे पास छलनी नहीं है।’’ उसने कहा, ‘‘मजाक न कर, भाई, मुझे तराजू चाहिए।’’
सुनार ने कहा, ‘‘मेरी दुकान में झाडू नहीं हैं।’’ उसने कहा, ‘‘मसखरी को छोड़, मै तराजू मांगने आया हूँ, वह दे दे और बहरा बन कर ऊटपटांग बातें न कर।’’
सुनार ने जवाब दिया, ‘‘हजरत, मैंने तुम्हारी बात सुन ली थी, मैं बहरा नहीं हूँ। तुम यह न समझो कि मैं गोलमाल कर रहा हूँ। तुम बूढ़े आदमी सुखकर काँटा हो रहे हो। सारा शरीर काँपता हैं। तुम्हारा सोना भी कुछ बुरादा है और कुछ चूरा है। इसलिए तौलते समय तुम्हारा हाथ काँपेगा और सोना गिर पड़ेगा तो तुम फिर आओगे कि भाई, जरा झाड़ू तो देना ताकि मैं सोना इकट्ठा कर लूं और जब बुहार कर मिट्टी और सोना इकट्ठा कर लोगे तो फिर कहोगे कि मुझे छलनी चाहिए, ताकि ख़ाक को छानकर सोना अलग कर सको। हमारी दुकान में छलनी कहां? मैंने पहले ही तुम्हारे काम के अन्तिम परिणाम को देखकर दूरदर्शिता से कहा था कि तुम कहीं दूसरी जगह से तराजू मांग लो।’’

जीवन में जब सब कुछ एक साथ और जल्दी - जल्दी करने की इच्छा होती है , सब कुछ तेजी से पा लेने की इच्छा होती है , और हमें लगने लगता है कि दिन के चौबीस घंटे भी कम पड़ते हैं , उस समय ये बोध कथा , " काँच की बरनी और दो कप चाय " हमें याद आती है ।
दर्शनशास्त्र के एक प्रोफ़ेसर कक्षा में आये और उन्होंने छात्रों से कहा कि वे आज जीवन का एक महत्वपूर्ण पाठ पढाने वाले हैं ...
उन्होंने अपने साथ लाई एक काँच की बडी़ बरनी ( जार ) टेबल पर रखा और उसमें टेबल टेनिस की गेंदें डालने लगे और तब तक डालते रहे जब तक कि उसमें एक भी गेंद समाने की जगह नहीं बची ... उन्होंने छात्रों से पूछा - क्या बरनी पूरी भर गई ? हाँ ... आवाज आई ... फ़िर प्रोफ़ेसर साहब ने छोटे - छोटे कंकर उसमें भरने शुरु किये h धीरे - धीरे बरनी को हिलाया तो काफ़ी सारे कंकर उसमें जहाँ जगह खाली थी , समा गये , फ़िर से प्रोफ़ेसर साहब ने पूछा , क्या अब बरनी भर गई है , छात्रों ने एक बार फ़िर हाँ ... कहा अब प्रोफ़ेसर साहब ने रेत की थैली से हौले - हौले उस बरनी में रेत डालना शुरु किया , वह रेत भी उस जार में जहाँ संभव था बैठ गई , अब छात्र अपनी नादानी पर हँसे ... फ़िर प्रोफ़ेसर साहब ने पूछा , क्यों अब तो यह बरनी पूरी भर गई ना ? हाँ .. अब तो पूरी भर गई है .. सभी ने एक स्वर में कहा .. सर ने टेबल के नीचे से चाय के दो कप निकालकर उसमें की चाय जार में डाली , चाय भी रेत के बीच स्थित थोडी़ सी जगह में सोख ली गई ...
प्रोफ़ेसर साहब ने गंभीर आवाज में समझाना शुरु किया –
इस काँच की बरनी को तुम लोग अपना जीवन समझो ....
टेबल टेनिस की गेंदें सबसे महत्वपूर्ण भाग अर्थात भगवान , परिवार , बच्चे , मित्र , स्वास्थ्य और शौक हैं ,
छोटे कंकर मतलब तुम्हारी नौकरी , कार , बडा़ मकान आदि हैं , और
रेत का मतलब और भी छोटी - छोटी बेकार सी बातें , मनमुटाव , झगडे़ है ..
अब यदि तुमने काँच की बरनी में सबसे पहले रेत भरी होती तो टेबल टेनिस की गेंदों और कंकरों के लिये जगह ही नहीं बचती , या कंकर भर दिये होते तो गेंदें नहीं भर पाते , रेत जरूर आ सकती थी ...
ठीक यही बात जीवन पर लागू होती है ... यदि तुम छोटी - छोटी बातों के पीछे पडे़ रहोगे और अपनी ऊर्जा उसमें नष्ट करोगे तो तुम्हारे पास मुख्य बातों के लिये अधिक समय नहीं रहेगा ... मन के सुख के लिये क्या जरूरी है ये तुम्हें तय करना है । अपने बच्चों के साथ खेलो , बगीचे में पानी डालो , सुबह पत्नी के साथ घूमने निकल जाओ , घर के बेकार सामान को बाहर निकाल फ़ेंको , मेडिकल चेक - अप करवाओ ... टेबल टेनिस गेंदों की फ़िक्र पहले करो , वही महत्वपूर्ण है ..... पहले तय करो कि क्या जरूरी है ... बाकी सब तो रेत है ..
छात्र बडे़ ध्यान से सुन रहे थे .. अचानक एक ने पूछा , सर लेकिन आपने यह नहीं बताया कि " चाय के दो कप " क्या हैं ? प्रोफ़ेसर मुस्कुराये , बोले .. मैं सोच ही रहा था कि अभी तक ये सवाल किसी ने क्यों नहीं किया ...
इसका उत्तर यह है कि , जीवन हमें कितना ही परिपूर्ण और संतुष्ट लगे , लेकिन अपने खास मित्र के साथ दो कप चाय पीने की जगह हमेशा होनी चाहिये

West Delhi Police have arrested a notorious burglar of najafgarh
The special staff of West Delhi Police have arrested a notorious burglar, who has been charged with more than 24 incidents of house break-ins. The police said the accused was arrested on Wednesday. They added that the “receiver” of the stolen property has also been arrested. The accused and his

The accused — Monu Sharma (20) and Abhijit Chatterjee — are both residents of G-Block, Jai Vihar Najafgarh.
During sustained police interrogation, Sharma said that he belongs to a poor family. The accused is a Class VIII passout.
“He did private jobs, but was not satisfied with his income. He came in contact with some people and started committing petty thefts and burglaries,” a police official said.
He then formed a gang with Ajay, Ravi, Suraj and Kalu and started committing crimes to earn more, the official said.
They used iron rods and master keys to break open the locks and doors of abandoned houses.
They generally used to steal cash and jewellery. The gang often used stolen vehicles to commit the crimes, said Sharad Aggarwal, Deputy Commissioner of Police (West).
The Deputy Commissioner of Police added that the motorcycle recovered from the accused too was allegedly stolen.
The police said that various stolen items were recovered from their possession. Raids are being conducted to apprehend other members of the gang.

Sushil Kumar learnt all the Wrestling tit-bits from “Akhada” which is called a school for wrestling in India. This Akhada was in Chhatrasal Stadium. He started Wrestling at the tender age of 14 years. Although there are insufficient funds for wrestling and lack of proper trining is also there yet his family made it sure by sending him tinned milk, ghee and all beneficial vegetables that he always gets his full diet.
Career:
Sushil Kumar got his training from Indian wrestlers Yashvir and Rampal. Later in his life he got a chance to seek coaching from Arjuna Award winner Satpal and by Coach Gyan Singh also. In his initial life he tolerated many tough conditions. But he wanted to achieve his goal so he did not let anything became hindrance in his way. After this he won State Wrestling Championship. Slowly but steadily he kept on stepping all the stairs of his destination.

Slowly but steadily Sushil Kumar kept on stepping all the stairs of his destination. Finally the day came when he represented India in World Cadet Wrestling Championship. Sushil Kumar made our India feel Proud of him in the World Cadet Championship by hitting the bull’s Eye. IN the World Cadet Championship this gloriously talented hypnotic and rock solid wrestler displayed his talent won the Gold Medal in the year 1998. But this was just a trailer of this frantically talented athlete.
In the year 2000 once again this super talented wrestler proved his metal in the Asian Junior Wrestling Championship and won the gold medal for our India.
These two excellent achievements achieved by Sushil kumar brought him in the good eyes of the selectors. Selectors gave him a chance to represent India in Men’s Asian Wrestling Championship where he once again added another feather to his cap by winning a Bronze Medal in the year 2003. But the full movie of his mesmerizing caliber was yet to be seen by the world. In the same year he repeated his success once again and this time he really made his presence felt all over the world very loudly and very clearly by winning Gold Medal in the Commonwealth Games for our India single handedly.
After this he got a chance to represent India in the World Wrestling Championship in the year 2004 at Athens. This time he got 14th position in the world Wrestling Championship. This was the toughest time of his career. But in the year 2005 he bounced back and once again he made our India feel proud of him as he won Gold medal again in the Commonwealth Wrestling Championship. In the year 2007 Sushil Kumar once again faced tough time in the World Wrestling Championship and got 7th position. But somehow Sushil Kumar qualified for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games where he once again won Bronze Medal for India. But before heading to 2008 Beijing Olympic Games Sushil once again won bronze medal in Asian Wrestling Championship.
For his unforgettable achievement Government of India awarded this glorious athlete with Arjuna Award in the year 2006.
But after this he went to china to represent India in Beijing Olympics 2008 where he won bronze Medal for our India.

But this time this super talented, graceful, wonderful, awesome, hypnotic, mesmerizing, frantic athlete has really proved his metal all over the world very clearly. He has not only proved his metal but the metal of India also. The achievement which he has acquired single handedly now has proven that an Indian can also win the World Championship. Yes everyone you are reading a truth. This time this glories athlete has Won Gold Medal for India in the World Wrestling Championship on 12th September 2010 by dashing Russian powerhouse wrestler Gogaev Alan by 3-1 single handedly in the grand Finale of World Wrestling Championship.
So at this unforgettable and wonderful achievement of Sushil Kumar i Kabir Bedi wish him many happy returns of the day on the behalf of my entire DLN Staff. We all wish that you will surely keep on giving us a chance to feel proud of you. Sushil Kumar you are the grace of our Great India. Nation expects a lot from him in the suture also. So we all are sure that the day will surely come when the entire world will surely see him standing on the top of the victory podium in the Olympic Games. 'सवाल' .... तहकीक़ात भी हो सकता है
हर सवाल.... जवाब के लिए पूछा जाए ... ये ज़रूरी नहीं ।
कई बार हमारे सामने ऐसे हालात आते हैं जब हमसे कोई कुछ पूछता है, पर सच ये होता है कि वो जवाब ख़ुद जानता है …और ये जानना चाहता है कि हम कितना जानते हैं । ये एक तरह की तहकीक़ात होती है जिसमें पूछने वाला अनजान बनकर आप को परखता है ।
ऐसे समय में समझदारी इसी में होती है कि हम सबसे पहले सवाल नहीं बल्कि उसके पीछे की मंशा को पहचाने । यहाँ प्रश्न उठता है कि ये हम कैसे पहचाने कि ये सच में प्रश्न है या हमारे ज्ञान या समझ की गहरी पड़ताल का एक बहाना मात्र । इसके लिए सवाल करने वाले का अंदाज़ पढ़ना सीखना होता है … वो हर बार वही बात या तो कई रूप में पूछेगा या फिर धीरे-धीरे चौड़ाई से गहराई की ओर जायेगा …तब समझ लेना कि वो जानता है और तुम्हें जानना चाहता है क्योंकि जब कोई किसी बात को जानता ही नहीं है तो गहराई में उतर ही नहीं सकता …वो हर सवाल के साथ और भी मासूम बनने का खेल खेलेगा और … अगर तुम समझ गये... तो तुम भी खेलना ।
